Amanda Barker, founder of Staging Spaces, LLC, is a stager/designer who develops plans for interiors, exteriors, & events. With a focus on Strategic Staging, Amanda creates a special look & feel for each property that is designed to capture the widest range of buyers.
Amanda has solved an array of design problems large & small for over 10 years in retail, commercial, & residential spaces. Her rooms are often described as “warm, comfortable, inviting, & impressive.”
As an ASP Stager, Amanda Barker has successfully completed rigorous training programs covering specific, proven techniques and concepts in home presentation, marketing of properties, & Staging. With the “eye” that she insists is a God given gift since childhood & years of industry knowledge, it’s a winning combination.
Amanda is the first Home Stager in Jonesboro, Arkansas to open a practice focused primarily on this niche in real estate. She attended Arkansas State University, Sheffield of New York Design, and received her designations from the Staging industry in Dallas, Texas.
